Admission tickets allow for entry into the museum at any point during the date and times listed on the ticket. There is no required entry or exit times. Tickets are also available for purchase at the Welcome Desk when you arrive.
Groups visiting with children 16 and younger can receive one free caregiver ticket. Caregiver tickets are only available at entry.
Refund policy: Tickets can be rescheduled but are not refundable. Call 614-221-6801 for more information.
